International festival-contests “Golden Dream” are organized to popularize arts, communication between the artists of different countries on the nonprofit basis. The festival will be held in the concert hall of the famous Clark County Library District.
The stage is equipped with professional sound and light equipment .
The auditorium is designed for 280 seats. Free admission.

Dmitry Zemskov. Has taught and coached classical ballet and partnering for South Carolina Performing Arts Center, Tamalyn Dance Center, Upstate Theatre of Dance, Columbia Conservatory of Dance, Philadelphia Dance Conservatory, Westside Academy of Performing Arts. He was a guest choreographer for Aiken Civic Ballet and artistic director of Academy Stars Elite in Las Vegas. He worked with master teachers Cynthia Gregory, Serge Lavoie, Karena Brock, Arnold Spohr, Ann Marie De Angelo, Peter Anastos, Mark Diamond, Paul Sutherland. In 1999 he was honored Golden Pointe Shoe Award with Columbia City Ballet.
Nigmatov Sardor Rustamovich. Director of the Republican specialized boarding school of arts, Tashkent; member of the Jury of the International Association Angeli, Italy; member of the Jury of the International contest Citte di Pesaro, Pesaro.
Myriam Lopez. My is sweet and short. Performing arts artist and designer. Classical pianist and vocalist from Las Vegas.
Steven Conger. A theater artist and film director.
Edina. Edina has been singing much of her life, performing in numerous choirs and even traveling parts of Europe sharing her talents. While attending UNLV, college of fine arts, she performed multiple roles, including Fiordiligi and 2nd lady in Mozart's Cosi fan tutte, and The Magic Flute and had the fortune of studying under the tutelage of Dr. Alfonse Anderson. Edina continues to perform as a feature soloist in her community of North Las Vegas, NV and is a choral member of The NLVSC. Edina is also, wife to her husband of 8 years and mother to her 3 beautiful kids.
Nino Chumburidze. Director of mass actions, the president of the company "Kolkhida Travel"

Conditions of participation
- Each invited participant arrives within the time specified in the official invitation.
- The overall number of the delegates, including attendants, also must be preliminary agreed with the Organizing Committee and specified in the application form. If more people are expected to arrive to the festival than specified in the application, you should coordinate it with the Organizing Committee.
- Organizing Committee assists in the selection and organization of excursions for the participants of the festival.
- Soloists and teams (vocal and choreography) who are taking additional part in the festival as a duet or teams or several nominations must made additional query for each additional performance.
- Participants should solve the issues of their arrival and departure on their own.
- There is a group transfer provided by the organizers which is free of charge, for the participants of the festival arriving to the international “Las Vegas” (the USA) airport.
- The directors of the groups must bear the responsibility for the life and health of children during the festival, as well as parents - for the soloists.
Regulations of performances
- Show-groups, vocal groups – 2 songs, soloists (vocal) – 2 songs. Songs in any language.
- Choreographic, circus groups, fashion theatres – 2 performances with less than 15 minute duration.
- Choral and folklore Groups, ensembles of folk art present programs with total duration of performances less than 15 minutes.
- Collections that are presented in nominations «Fashion theatre» have to meet the following requirements:
- harmony of stylistic and image concept;
- duration of one runway show is not more than 10 minutes.
- Musical and children theatres present mini-performances on any subject (decorations, costumes, background music). Duration of performance must not exceed 15 minutes.
- Contest program is presented by the festival participants (vocalists) with phonogram ("-", only music).
- All the phonograms of vocal performers and background music of choreographic, theatrical and other performances have to be presented on MD-disks or on CD-disks. Organizing committee of the festival retains its right to deny the participation of the groups because of the bad quality phonograms or phonograms recorded on out-of-date devices (reel-to-reel recorders, audio cassettes, etc.), karaoke.
- With the goal of popularization of national cultures it’s preferable to include into the festival program the performances that show folklore and national traditions (songs, dances, etc.), as well as presenting national symbols (flags, costumes, etc.) during the solemn ceremonies of festival opening and closing.
- Besides performances and compositions in contest programs, all the groups and performers have to prepare additional events for presentation during the solemn Ceremony of opening and during the final Gala-concert of the festival.
